It was founded by Professor Huang Ming, the Chief Professor of "Zhongshan Scholar" at Nanjing Agricultural University and a leading talent of the National Ten Thousand Talents Plan. The existing factory covers an area of 10000 square meters and has a modern production line and a meat product quality and safety awareness information platform. The company's products, Roasted Chicken and Salted Duck, have passed the green food certification and have been rated as excellent suppliers of healthy and reliable cooked food at the 8th China International Catering Expo. The products have won the special prize of the Excellent Exhibition Award in the 16th and 17th China International Industrial Expo University Exhibition Area. In 2016, they served the dining table of the "Boao Forum for Asia" and were selected as one of the top ten excellent cases of industry, university, and research cooperation in Chinese universities.
