The pure manual Taiwanese Meatballs of Yinbao Central Kitchen are made by the master of the old Yancheng Meat Federation Factory through more than ten processes through strict selection of materials and scientific matching. They are fried in non GMO oil, with authentic Huaiyang flavor, authentic materials, full Q bombs and meat fragrance. The old mother chicken soup of the Central Kitchen is made from scattered elderly hens that have been aged for over 500 days, added with purified water from Nongfu Mountain Spring, and processed using dry steaming and sealed cooking techniques.
