Purchase 24 sets of various equipment such as lobster sorting and weighing conveyors, double helix quick freezers, etc. Among them, liquid nitrogen quick freezers are imported from the advanced York refrigeration system in the United States, which automatically controls the freezing temperature of products, reduces water loss, and improves product quality and output rate. The double spiral quick freezing machine reduces the temperature of the product to -18 ℃ during the transportation process on the assembly line, ensuring the quality of the product through "second freezing and freshness locking". This project has 5 intelligent production lines with version 4.0, and the capacity of the low-temperature finished product three-dimensional cold storage can reach 10000 tons, with a daily processing capacity of 110 tons of various fish and shrimp raw materials. Establish a traceability platform for aquatic product quality, implement the ISO22000 food safety management system, implement European and American food safety standards, strictly control every subtle link in the industry chain from the production source to the product terminal, and cooperate deeply with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Dingdong Maicai, Haidilao, Hema Fresh, and Thailand Taiwansheng to meet consumer needs in many details such as raw materials, production, flavor, and packaging.
