
A food technology enterprise that integrates research and development, production, and sales of "grain germination process equipment, sprouted grains, and legumes". Has 13 patents and 4 soft works. We have achieved a significant breakthrough in the "germinated brown rice technology and grain germination equipment" and have complete independent intellectual property rights. In 2020, the entry of high-tech enterprises into the warehouse was completed, and the recognition of high-tech enterprises is yet to be completed. Won the "First Prize of Heilongjiang Province Science and Technology Award" with the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, and supported the agricultural project of Wuxi Science and Technology Bureau in 2015 and 2019. In 2018, led by the Wuxi Municipal Health Commission and the Nutrition and Health Care Association, the "Clinical Study on Nutrition Intervention of Eating Germinated Brown Rice for Community Diabetics" was carried out, which has a dietary therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes. The research results were published in the journal Occupation and Health. The results indicate that Yutangzhai germinated brown rice is a novel healthy staple food with medical and health benefits, and long-term consumption can be a feasible dietary treatment method for T2D patients. Received multiple reports from mainstream media such as Wuxi Daily, Wuxi TV, and Jiangsu TV. Joint public relations and system research and development have been carried out around key links such as temperature and humidity, as well as control difficulties in the germination process of brown rice. The sprout head length is about 1mm, and the GABA content can reach 38.8mg/100g, both of which have reached the leading level in China.
